Position: Project Co-ordinator
Essential Job Function:
Coordinate and manage requests related to site customization. This includes creating specifications, use cases, delivery documentation, and detailed project plans where appropriate.
Work with account executives and customers to define program lifecycles for customers’ rollouts. Track results with plan throughout the program lifecycle.
To be the single point of contact between LRN customers and internal stakeholders to execute requests, projects, issues and changes.
Serve as an internal advocate for account executives, as well as external customers. Prioritize requests based need and impact. Work with internal stakeholders to address priorities.
Work with other colleagues to understand delivery capabilities.
Manage expectations of both customers and account executives. Escalate issues related to capabilities where appropriate.
To track the success & issues of projects and create ongoing status reports using defined and/or ad-hoc tools for internal and external customers.
Create the documentation necessary to track all activities related to customer programs and ensure information is available to respective teams.
Work with peers to ensure clients and account executives have coverage during absences.
To prepare a project status report as and when necessary to the concerned authorities.
Update necessary tracking and reporting systems to ensure that group statistics can be tracked, managed and measured.
Ensure that the solution is delivered on time and gone through all the departments for a quality check.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This position is required to work in the evening and/or night shifts. Accordingly, candidates MUST be flexible to work in all shifts depending on needs.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably a BE degree.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Co-ordination or 4 years experience in Customer Relationship Management and/or Technology Consulting.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, HTML.
Experience or knowledge on Learning Management Systems and/or elearning content development lifecycle will be an added advantage.
